Clinical Coordinator - Job Overview

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30AM-5:30PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the scheduling and registration of patients across diverse services using advanced registration systems.
  • Optimize clinic schedules to align with dynamic productivity standards and goals.
  • Innovatively manage clinical wait lists, recall lists, and call back reports.
  • Ensure precision in processing appointments and registrations, adhering to robust auditing procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and scheduling support with a tech-forward approach.
  • Accurately and efficiently capture all necessary patient information within our data-driven systems.
  • Utilize agile communication techniques with patients and clinical staff.
  • Empower patients by providing them with critical information for their appointments.
  • Embrace additional duties with a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; some college education enhances your profile.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare setting, or a Bachelor’s degree as a catalyst for success.
  • Expert knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures is paramount.
  • Experience with front desk responsibilities is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks with an agile mindset.
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, both digitally and in person.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, adding a layer of community connection.
